Nalgene™ Polypropylene Pour Spout

Achieve performance up to 20,584 x g with the Thermo Scientific™ Sorvall™ high performance aluminum cap for 1-liter centrifuge bottles, designed for superspeed and large capacity centrifuges. This high-strength aluminum cap enhances bottle support and improves chemical resistance to Phenol solutions when compared with Noryl™ plastic caps. These caps are available for both polypropylene copolymer (PPCO) bottles, designed for excellent chemical resistance and are autoclavable, or polycarbonate (PC) bottles, which are designed for excellent clarity.

Perform fluid transfer in the lab or field with the 70mm Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Polypropylene Fluid-Transfer Closure. Closures are compatible with Nalgene Mason Jars (Cat. No. 2115), 125 and 500mL Nalgene Straight-sided jars (Cat. Nos. 2116, 2117, 2118, 2119), sold separately. Use these closures for siphoning, evacuation, bleeding of fluid lines, collecting samples or transferring reagents. Two vent ports are molded into the top of the closure (external male ports only; no connection for internal drop tubes), allowing for external connection to a vacuum or pressure pump with 1/4″ I.D. flexible tubing (tubing sold separately).
